TERMS OF USE

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal & Disclaimer. The Site is intended for people age 13 or older. Users under 18 may use it only with a parent or guardian.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape or bulk-copy content except as allowed by robots.txt; resell or build databases from Site content; disrupt, probe, overload, or gain unauthorized access; evade security measures; use automated tools abusively; impersonate anyone; or submit unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, spam, or malicious material.

You must provide accurate information when signing in, claiming a listing, or requesting an upgrade. Claiming a listing does not establish legal ownership, and we may request verification, reject, suspend, or revoke a claim. You are responsible for activity associated with your access and for keeping it secure. Owners may not misrepresent affiliations, offers, services, pricing, or qualifications.

If paid upgrades become available, price, term, renewal, placement, included features, cancellation terms, and any refund rules shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Unless expressly stated, placement is not exclusive and does not guarantee traffic, leads, ranking, sales, or results. We may refuse misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate promotions. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

When you submit a claim, correction, contact message, suggestion, or content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, and use it as reasonably needed to operate, moderate, improve, and promote the Site. Do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal data.

Local Bonita’s original text, design, layout, graphics, branding, and code are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, photos, reviews, map data, and videos remain owned by their respective owners and are used under license, permission, attribution requirements, or applicable law.

We may verify, edit, refuse, remove, suspend, or restore submissions and listings at our discretion, especially for inaccuracy, duplication, abuse, infringement, safety, or legal concerns. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice. We may revise these Terms; continued use after revision constitutes acceptance.

The disclaimers, assumption of risk, US $100 aggregate liability limit, and indemnification provisions on our Legal & Disclaimer page apply fully and are incorporated into these Terms.

We may limit or terminate access for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law—will survive.

California law governs these Terms. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution through our contact form for at least 30 days. Unresolved disputes must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts in San Diego County, California. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives participation in class or representative actions.

These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning Site use. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We do not publish an email address; submit all questions through our contact form.
