I went to Bonita Point Dental Arts and had a great experience. The entire staff provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. I was able to get in and out quickly, and my procedure was completed in under an hour.
Dr. Djie is an exceptional and professional dentist. She walked me through the entire procedure, explaining each step, what she was doing, and what to expect throughout the process, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Melissa and Cindy were also incredibly professional and caring. They made the entire experience comfortable, pleasant, and stress-free.
I am giving Dr. Djie, Melissa, and Cindy 5 stars. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
You wouldn't think a relaxing environment and a dental office could exist in the same sentence. Yet here we are. The office overlooks the golf course which can be seen from the patient rooms via the big ole windows. The office is also well kept. It is not that I am a clean freak or anything, its more about having a reasonable expectation for cleanliness in these kind of setting. Dr Pascua is nice, so are the ladies at the front as well as the dental assistants . Basically everyone is cool and professional.
The only thing that kinda sucks is the parking. The lot is small, but I’m not mad at it though.
All in all, I like it here. I can be anxious but the environment really does lessen that for me. :)
Amazing! Welcoming staff. Dr. G is gentle, no body likes to be in a dentist’s chair because you just don’t know what to expect, but the few times I’ve been seen I don’t feel the needle for the anesthesia, the procedures are done with care and every step of the way is explained. I’m so happy that I found this dentist office and it’s close to home :)
This was our first time at this office and we were warmly welcomed. We were quickly taken back and seen. Cindy, my dental assistant was so friendly and engaging. Dr Djie was just the best. She took her time to ensure that I was well informed and understood everything that was going on in the appointment, with my x-rays, etc. I really appreciated that.
Great experience with Dr Djie. Dental Assistant was able to find an appointment on the same day I called. The check in process was very cordial. My appt was a request for a second opinion. Dr Djie took xrays and thorough inspection. She also may a referral to an Endodontic Specialist. Thanks for a very professional appointment.
